I got a stairlift from these a few months ago and I can’t recommend them enough, very polite, efficient, and experienced, lovely lads. Explained everything to me in detail and explained that if I had any problems, they would have a call-out number and would respond as quickly as possible.
The stairlift is brilliant and really helps me on a day to day basis, I have had no problems at all since it has been fitted.
I highly recommend these guys, Thank you so much for the service you provided me.

I rang this company today after my mums stairlift refused to go beyond the first stair. The stairlift is vital for my mum as she is 90 years old and cant access her bathroom or bedroom without it.
The lady who answered the phone was very professional, kind and curtious. She explained the call out charge, and told me she would ring me back once she know the eta of the engineer, after a couple of minutes she rang back and told me they would be at my mums within the hour. This was a great relief to me as I was stuck at work.
My brother rang me and told me they had been and sorted the issue out, that the men were very good, and very professional and explained what the issue was. Now mum has a fully functional stairlift.
Thankyou for being quick and sorting the problem out without hesitation.
My mum would use this company again without hesitation.

We were told we needed a stairlift for my nan otherwise she would have to stay in hospital. This company came out and fitted the stairlift within 2 days so my Nan was able to come home sooner. They arranged everything and it was such a smooth service. Could not recommend them enough, it definitely made my Nans day when she could come back home. Thank you so much guys x

I recently purchased a reconditioned Acorn 120 stairlift from Slimline stairlifts, form the first call Slimline were excellent to deal with.
I called slimline at 5pm on the 30th October and the following morning the engineer arrived, he measured up and made a recommendation.
I then asked when the lift could be fitted as this was an emergency, I was expecting him to say two weeks, but too my surprise he said “next day”
The engineers arrived and were excellent, they communicated well and had the job done in just over an hour, their work was clean and friendly.
So far the experience with slimline has been excellent, from telephone sales to fitment and after sales; purchasing a stairlift is an expensive investment, not only selecting the right model but the after sales is the most important.
Slimline don’t sell you what you don’t need, they do what they say and do it very efficiently, I highly recommend Slimline Stairlifts to any perspective customer.
